Our QSR Franchise Brands
Starting in the gas and convenience store business in 1976, the Dhanani Group became a Burger King franchisee in 1994 with BK’s first co-branded restaurant in Houston, Texas. Today, our Sugar Land, Texas-based company is now ranked one of the county’s top QSR franchise owners for Burger King Corporation and Popeyes with a growing presence in casual and fine dining starting with La Madeleine franchise restaurants.
Houston Foods is our legacy market where it all started. Beginning in 1994, the Dhanani Group bought into top QSR franchise brands and currently owns and operates 126 QSR restaurant franchises throughout the Greater Houston Area.
New England Franchises
Starting in December 2012, the Dhanani Group began to acquire and operate QSR restaurant franchises throughout the states of New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
Starting in November 2014, The Dhanani Group, currently own and operates 278 restaurants throughout Minnesota, Illinois and Nebraska.
The Dhanani Group became a QSR franchisee for Popeye’s starting in 2009. Led by Amin Dhanani, our franchise ownership has steadily grown in the state of Texas. Today, we own and operate 132 QSR franchise locations across Texas.
The Dhanani Group has been a Popeyes franchise owner since 2011. Our QSR franchise holdings soon expanded to locations in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, North Carolina, Georgia, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and Arkansas. Today, we are the world’s largest QSR franchisee for Popeyes and own more than 150 restaurants in the United States.
Texas, Louisiana & Oklahoma
The Dhanani Group owns and operates a number of La Madeleine franchises in addition to our QSR holdings. This brand gives us profitable exposure in the casual and fine dining restaurant sector by celebrating the heritage and quality of French cuisine. We purchased our first franchise in 2017, and today the Dhanani Group currently owns and operates 37 La Madeleine franchise locations throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
